Swapping is FREE. When you swap shoes on Shoe Bank, you pay only for Shipping and Handling. The cost for shipping a regular package is paid directly to USPS ($7.55 for padded envelope $12.80 for a flat rate box). A nominal handling fee of $9.99 is charged for each transaction.
Great quality shoes, designer shoes, and just about every brand out there. We only accept shoes that are in good shape so your shoes should be lightly worn, cleaned up and suitable. Please indicate any faults and add an accurate description of your shoe’s condition. You will receive an email when your shoes have been accepted to the site (and sometimes you’ll get an email stating they’ve been rejected). We want perfectly good shoes that just aren’t appreciated anymore.
Please see our recommendations for a perfect picture. Show your shoes in total, from different perspectives and take pictures of details and special features like embellishments, buttons and or a colorful lining. You’ll appreciate this when you are looking for a pair of shoes of your own.
Your description should include all important information, characteristics and details of the shoes. The material and workmanship are of equal importance as is information on how comfortable it is to wear and maintenance. Is the sizing true to size – this is the biggest question when you are ordering something that you can’t try on. Obvious signs of use or faults should also be included in the description. Think about what you would want to know when looking at a pair of shoes.

We will review the shoes, photos and information you have submitted to make sure your shoes fit our standards and list the item online as soon as possible, generally within 24-48 hours.
Let us know ASAP. If you want to save your credit to swap other shoes, you’ll have to upload a new pair and delete the old one.
We protect our members by rejecting any shoes that don’t measure up to our standard for quality, wear and tear.
