Users should use our Site in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder. Acceptance of the Terms By entering, connecting to, accessing or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following terms of use (collectively, the "Terms") and you agree to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Service and you acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Shoe Bank and you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR ACCESS OUR SITE.

When uploading shoes, you agree to comply with our rules:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the listing and item offered
  • You are responsible for keeping the shoes in your possession and in the same condition of the date you uploaded the images. Please notify us of any change in condition or in case of loss.
  • Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several days (or up to or up to one week in some circumstances). Until they are approved by us.

    Misrepresented items: If our quality department says that an item is not accurately represented, we reserve the right to remove it. 

    You hereby represent and warrant that each pair of shoes offered by you through the Service is owned by you, or that you are otherwise permitted to sell it to other Users through the Service. In addition, you hereby represent and warrant that any shoes offered by you through the Service does not infringe third party rights (including without limitation, intellectual property rights, consumer rights, etc.) or violate applicable laws or regulations.

Each pair of shoes will entitle you with one Store Credit which may be redeemed for the "purchase" of another pair of shoes available in the same category. Silver, Gold or Platinum.   If the balance of your credit in your account is zero, you will need to upload one more pair of shoes which will give you one more credit.  You will only pay for Shipping & Handling. Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

If the shoe doesn't fit you do have the right to deposit it again and receive 1 store credit back. 

SHOE BANK MERELY COORDINATES BETWEEN “BUYING USERS” AND “SELLING USERS” IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE TRADE. IT DOES NOT OWN OR CONTROL IN ANY MANNER AND THEREFORE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR AUTHENTICITY, DAMAGE OR LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE INCURRED TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXCHANGE OF THE SHOES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SHOE BANK DOES NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ANY USER. ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE  ARE RESERVED TO SHOE BANK. TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, THE SITE AND THE CONTENT OR THE USER GENERATED CONTENT AVAILABLE THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.

Shoe Bank has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings. However, we are doing everything in our power to ensure products are in best quality and shape. We are dedicated to high standards and failure to meet these standards will result in restricting, suspending or downgrading user account.

We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time or modify or discontinue our Services. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Returns: Shoe Bank allows you to return an Item in limited circumstances. If the Item you receive is not as described. Then you will need to make a return request by reporting the issue by emailing us within thirty days after delivery of the Item. 

If you choose to return, we'll give you a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the full amount of the Shipping & Handling fees. 

Please note that usage of your Shoe Bank Account is personal, and each User cannot hold more than one account, or allow others to access their own account. Your Account is password protected. In order to protect the security of your Personal Information available on your Account to the greatest extent possible, you must safeguard and not disclose your Account log-in details and you must supervise the use of such Account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account and you agree to not misrepresent your identity or your Account information. You agree to keep your Account information up to date and accurate. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and Account and for all activities that occur under your Account. If we in good faith believe you have created an Account impersonating another person such Account may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability. You may not assign or transfer your rights or delegate your duties under the Account without the prior written consent of ShoeBank. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure of yours to comply with these Terms, i.e., if someone else accesses your account through the registration information he/she has obtained from you or through a violation by you of these Terms, or for any unauthorized use of your password or Account or any other breach of security. If you wish to either change your user name or password to log-in to the Service, or cancel and remove your Account, you may use the settings menus or you can send us an e-mail of your request. Your Account will terminate within reasonable time following your request, and from that date of termination you will no longer be able to access your Account.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.  ShoeBank reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove or edit, without giving any prior notice, any User Content available on or through the Site.
